1. 雷波 40,000/110?kV 變壓器
   進(jìn)行高壓線圈預(yù)干燥及低壓線圈組合工序。預(yù)干燥通過溫控下對繞組加熱，使絕緣中殘余水分蒸發(fā)脫出，從而確保絕緣性能和長期可靠性。

3. 兩臺改造電爐（6300/35?kV）
   已完成高低壓線圈繞制。線圈采用張力控制、自動縫合，并大量使用換位導(dǎo)線和復(fù)合導(dǎo)線，最大程度降低附加損耗，同時確保結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、性能穩(wěn)定。

4. 攀枝花 3,150/10?kV 變壓器

• 第?3?1 臺：鐵心疊片已完成，已進(jìn)行氣隙和疊片對齊檢測；

• 第?2?1 臺：器身套裝同步進(jìn)行，配件及結(jié)構(gòu)就緒，隨時進(jìn)入干燥及測試流程。

7. 出口 70,000/220?kV 項目
   器身引線裝配正在進(jìn)行中，采用進(jìn)口冷壓焊接技術(shù)，確保連接電阻低、耐用性強。

8. 油品入廠
   今日接收兩車級別為 25號變壓器油。該油號代表定級油品，滿足IEC?60296與GB12536?90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具有高擊穿電壓、低含水量、優(yōu)良抗氧化特性，是保障高壓變壓器絕緣和散熱功能的重要材料。

Corporate News | Weekly Production Update — Multi-Project Progress with Stable Workflow

1. Leibo 40,000 / 110?kV Transformer
   Undergoing high-voltage coil pre?drying and low-voltage coil assembly. Pre?drying involves controlled heating to remove residual moisture within winding insulation, ensuring dielectric strength and long-term reliability.

2. Two Rebuilt 6,300 / 35?kV Furnace Units
   Coil winding for both high and low voltage circuits is complete. Tension control, automatic seam stitching, and the use of transposed and composite conductors minimize eddy losses while maintaining coil compactness and structural integrity.

3. Panzhihua 3,150 / 10?kV Transformer
   Now in full assembly phase, including core column insertion, lead layout, and insulation assembly. Next steps include tap adjustment and factory acceptance testing.

4. 15,000 × 2 / 110?kV Rectifier Transformer Project

• Unit 3?1: Core lamination stacking is complete and has passed gap and alignment inspections.

• Unit 2?1: Body assembly is in progress with components ready, soon moving into drying and testing stages.

5. Export-Bound 70,000 / 220?kV Main Transformer
   Currently in lead assembly stage, using imported cold?pressure welding technology to ensure low resistance and high durability connections.

6. Transformer Oil Delivery
   Two trucks of grade?25 transformer oil arrived today, where “25” denotes the specification grade. This mineral insulating oil meets IEC?60296 and GB12536?90 standards and features high dielectric strength, low water content, and excellent oxidation resistance—critical for high-voltage transformer insulation and cooling.
